You're filing a lawsuit towards a multi-million dollar company. Unless you grow four-leaf clovers in your backyard, you need loving Phoenix Wright to even remotely accomplish something in the courtroom.
Yeah, I know. If you read the OP fully you'd realize I already understood that I'm hopeless in this situation. I'm literally debating putting this aside, going to law school, become a lawyer, and do this myself in about 10 years. LOL
I'm so loving mad. I'm going to at least demand compensation for it. All I really care about is receiving proof they destroyed the hard-drive. If they did, I'll be FINE.
op pls, you hand over your computer for service you sign papers and it's gone out of your hands
What else could I have done? Taken the hard-drive out and send it in and have my warranty denied? Does that automatically give them the right to "destroy" (probably taken and having the data extracted if you wanna be a conspiracy nut) my hard-drive?
egg-sually its pretty easy to win these things cuz most of the time the guy filing a lawsuit demands money for basically a new laptop, which is back pocket change for asus
I would demand much more than that. I'd demand proof of the destruction of my hard-drive and possibly 10 grand at most. At minimum, the best gaming laptop they have. lol
