mostly maya import/export stuff, which was just for HL2, Ep2 just had the beta pushed to release.

Yes, it has to do with Steampipe, and they did some fixing. They did the same thing to Garry's Mod, TF2, other HL2s, almost all of the Source games. I paused my update since I finished the game and no longer care for it (until HL3 is out).
