I don't like the biker gangs in-game and I really hope gangs dont play a large part. It felt good in IV not being shot whenever you went to a certain area.

one of the things I hate in GTA SA were the turf wars, I mean they were fun, but whenever you were just driving around, in the mood, looking around and reeroaming or hunting myths, you would see that annoying blinking icon on the map saying that your territory is under attack

Didn't a preview said that wont happen anymore? Enemy gangs will only attack you if you provoke them.
