They wouldn't implement something like that because websites are subject to so much change, keeping it updated would be impossible. You have to consider that, unlike a user-managed modification, GTA V is a large game created by big studios. They have to get permission for such a system, and then somehow keep up with every change to the services provided and back-and-forth updated paperwork as changes pipe though. It's just impractical to natively support such a project.
