The addition of a 'Non-Contact' option for Races. This will allow you to play standard Races with collisions disabled between player vehicles.

Is anyone else having issues with the Content Creator?

I have successfully created some cool races and deathmatches but now when I go to save anything I create it says "Unable to save bla bla Rockstar Cloud servers unavailable."

Yeah the servers are having a fit. Happened to me 2 days ago where I couldn't save at all and lost like ~50k from missions.
