everytime I start up GTA Online, it goes by normally, but one problem;

i'm the only one in the session. I tried finding a new session like 15 times and it hasn't worked yet.

nobody ever accepts invites and the game never finds a job for me to join

this just happened to me too. You need to go into the system settings and restore default settings. It won't discard any data on the PS3. I did it and it fixed it.
