It's level 12 to even start hosting them, so you should wait until then to join them.

oh yeah totally, that kinda Annoying Oranges my computer (stuffty A8 proccessor, GTX 750ti... don't ask, prebuild too) and i run the game really nicely. you'll run it pretty well on high if not very high graphics
