because it ruins the game. although controversial, vehicles such as the zentorno and insurgent are fine, and although the latter is pretty much indestructable; it is still easy to kill those in the vehicle through the front windows. it is next to impossible to kill anyone inside of a kuruma without an explosive, and even then you have to pay for insurance and risk being placed as a bad sport. what is worse is when it comes to contact missions, people will use this - quite frankly, 'exploit' - and ruin the mission for others with it. titan of a job was fairly difficult before kurumas were commonly used, now people will just drive into the hanger and kill everyone without taking any damage. it would be fine if the kuruma costed like three million or something, but it is at a price where anyone at the necessary level to buy it, can buy it.

sorry for pointing out a massively exploited flaw in the game, i'm sure you masturbate to the kuruma and have a shrine to it.
