All the information has been rumors and misinformation, though. Of course they have to make it, but all the signs so far haven't been confirm-able yet.

We don't know either way. We can't definitely say "They aren't working on it" or "They are working on it," but we can say "They should be working on it."

Although right now they are being certain to keep any mention of it for PC under wraps. Some might say this suggests they are working on it and are avoiding hype, but it could even be them trying to hold back the outrage of "We decided to not put it on PC because we get enough loving pirating on the heavily regulated consoles to even put it on PC." That's all assumption, and they are making us do that because they want to be friends with Gabe.

... So many tangents. Hopefully this will make up for procrastinating on my Calculus homework... That's sadly true...
