The new Deadline update is out, which is basically Tron meets GTA Online.
Started by trying out Deadline II (at the airport). There was only 2 lives. I died first, so I then played very carefully against the other 3 dudes. One (particularly pissed off) Russian fell off the track and died, and not long after he respawned I boosted directly into his path. The third guy was killed by the other two. The fourth guy, with one life remaining, did some massive loops and tried to box me in, but he also wasn't prepared for my speed boost and ran into my trail. VICTORY!
You have to finish one game of Deadline for the vehicles and clothing to unlock (the vehicle is Legendary Motorsport
for a WHOPPING $2,225,000, whereas the clothing is just standard outfits). The glowing lights are tied to the Secondary Colour (IIRC), so if you don't like you bike glow, you can change it later.
I bought every single clothing item in the game (except for some masks, just need one last cash injection). Wanted to show off the prices of the Deadline suits. They're forgetin' expensive, and unlike other suits, buying one does not reduce the price/unlock the others.
And yes, the suits glow too, but both the bikes and suits only glow in the darkness. And no, the bikes doesn't have their trails in the overworld.
Since I had cash on hand, I also bought myself a Tyrus, to go with the rest of my Supercar Collection.
