Some planes are circling Area 23 being fueled by other aircraft. It turns out they're working on something up there, it has to deal with aircraft.

Or because it makes economic sense since you're giving the Pact increased prices on junk?
It was the firearms company that charged you extra.

And Abdullahi has a command economy.  Either you commanded it as such or you failed to command otherwise.

The Abdullahian government has a lot on its plate at the moment.

Belsnia embargos Abdullahian goods.

That ain't free yo.
It's an article of the Pact. You must share this technology and any other major technology.

Belsnia begins creating a monument in front of the Presidential Palace honoring the Atsinian prime minister who was murdered in Belsnia.

Could you put Paris under the areas of interest in the TB Pact post, please?

Also, Atsina starts to become the culinary capital of the world, as chefs and food critics alike flock to Paris, hoping to learn from famed Atsinan chefs.

Was not discovered when a member of the Pact.  That condition is null.

that doesn't matter.

that doesn't matter.
No one said anything here.

You're not entitled to technology that I discover while not a member.  I was suspended.  Where are the conditions that state that it must be shared when discovered as a suspended member?  I don't see them.

That is-
Okay no, I'm not going to argue.
Still, I think you should follow the condition or face termination from the pact.
But hey, that's my opinion.

I'm pretty sure it's just because people just want railguns.  Legally speaking, there's no proof saying that I am required to share them during the time at which I am suspended.

Quoting this and mentioning that 8:56:36 GMT-8 is the last amend to the TP page:
Article III
Major technological advancements must be shared. Minor advancements that are deemed necessary to help the welfare of Pact citizens must be shared.
There is no appropriation for suspended members, who are treated as non-members.  Any and all officials and forces were forcibly removed from the AC and Belsnia, and, I will read a private letter from the Belsnian Government,

This is strictly an in character message to the Erinamese high government.

By order of the Grand Sheikh of the Arab Confederation and the Presidential staff of the Belsnian Federation, Erinaum is hereby suspended from the Tbilisi Pact for a period of 10 years. Erinaum may peacefully remove their political and military personel from Tbilisi or they will be met with force.

Proof provided.
Plethora did nothing to moderate this the first time I announced it as a member of the Tsibli Pact, or as the owner of this topic.  Frankly, I believe that he should have the final word, and hear his opinion, however, for now you can purchase the designs (for a stuffton of money since they're still delicate and rare).

Do I plan on reducing the price?  Yes, once designs improve and it becomes a fully-marketable product.

What is the cost of a railgun?  $25 billion.  However, since Erinaum trades with both the PRTU and TP, the average discount rate applies.  If you are not a member of either, you pay full price.

Can you reverse engineer them?  You could, but that is a very bad idea for you.

I will make an offer, though.  I am willing to share the information I have with the AC if they will in-turn aid the research of railguns to make them more resilient, compact, and power-efficient, and if they keep them private.  I will know if you try to ship one outside of the AC.

I agree with Atsina.

The condition doesn't say you must share it as it is researched. It says you MUST share major technological advancements.

Why are you so difficult?

If you don't put it in legal terms and cover up loopholes, then people will dodge them.  Did you learn a lesson yet?

I'm not being difficult, sir.  I'm doing what any good politician and businessman would do.

Except politicians know when to stop breaking articles in a pact and just be happy to be in one. You have shown no gratitude, have constantly fought against the pact, and been difficult in general.

I put in a vote of termination for Erinaum. I'm sure Belsnia will agree with me.
