Except politicians know when to stop breaking articles in a pact and just be happy to be in one. You have shown no gratitude, have constantly fought against the pact, and been difficult in general.

That's quite naïve.  Politicians are never grateful for what they have, else they wouldn't be politicians.  They're in office because they either want to hold onto a good paycheck, or because they want something changed or reformed.  If you can name any alternative, please do.

I'm sure that everyone here has bent the rules of an alliance to their advantage while still in the alliance.  I however am making a claim that the discovery was outside the alliance.  Political ties were severed, all except that one single letter saying that we could come back in 10 years.

It's like if you were a professor who does publishing through the university because they gain sponsorship for their publications.  You go on sabbatical and self-publish a few books and then come back and the university says, "Hey, we own all the rights to the books that you self-published while on sabbatical."  Well that won't fly in any court, and certainly isn't provided for in Article III.

Trust me, in my heart of hearts I was going over invasion of Erinaum/Erinamese invasion scenarios.  This seems to be a much safer scenario.

Swat, the Pact isn't about politics and business.  It's an alliance so strong that it seems you are unable to fathom it.  Since it seems you would be the black sheep of it, I find it best if you are simply removed from the Pact altogether.

Medusa turns on, and all Erinamese weaponry and vehicles that were exported to TP Nations are made useless by "patent locks" that were implanted in the weapons the whole time.  The locks will scrap the object if it moves so much as 1 meter from its current position, or if it is reverse-engineered.  It will only damage the gun, but do not harm the carrier.  If you return it all, I will pay you for it.  (This is why blazer knows it's not a good idea to double-cross me)

Erinaum deports all TP delegates, and all TP Operatives are also deported.  In the Neutral Zone, EVAC planes carry everything out, and then bombers demolish the empty Erinamese bases.

Medusa also digs into all TP Archives of Erinaum and compromises all files having to do with Erinaum.

Good riddance.  Erinaum just went Queen Elizabeth on you.
