The AC makes a decisive executive action and after a secret meeting to which nobody was invited, Belsnia is removed from the Tbilisi Pact.  Belsnians within the TP neutral zone are to leave immediately or be removed.  The AC is not breaking off its alliance with Belsnia, however the AC does not recognize Belsnia's new government; it remains allied to the old Belsnia.

Atsnia is invited to restore its membership in the Tbilisi Pact.

AC forces rally on the AC-Belsnia border and fortify their positions.

Medusa returns Scimitar back to the AC, and now since Scimitar is no longer protecting Belsnia, Medusa siezes control of Belsnia's communications network.  The network- internet, short and long wave radio, cell phone lines and land lines, and satellite communications are gradually being taken down.  Anything that is not taken down is filled with white noise.  Attempt to access top secret files are underway, and Medusa is trying to crack the code on these computers.

The individuals who landed in Abdullahi not long ago are given the opportunity to meet the man who invented the ACA shells.  Several large crates of ACA shells are also sent to Erinaum.

The Erinamese scientists, prepared to greet a genius instead meet a man savagely poking a voodoo doll with pins and laughing maniacally.  The Erinamese scientists leave feeling awkward and uncomfortable.

The ACA shells are received.  The researchers in Abdullahi request that some Erinamese equipment be shipped to Abdullahi.  They fill out a request to permit a large cargo ship from docking.

That would be bad, considering there's a war going down that pretty much blocks off the Panama cbrown town.  I would just run the stuff in pieces on trucks through Utah (assuming they would permit it because allies) and then assemble it when they get to their destination.  Unless of course you mean from Asia (the part of Erinaum I always seem to forget about for some reason) in which case the ships are permitted to dock so long as they come with an escort.

During an attempt to unload a railgun, the carrier vehicle has gotten stuck in the mud.  It is removed the next day.

Medusa successfully encrypts Belsnia's top secret files, and has successfully taken control of the nation's communications.  Military movements begin to fall apart as information from the capitol must be carried out by written note.
