I agree with mlockha, if souls wishes to avoid further bloodshed we should give him a chance to bail on his invasion, and if he wishes to stay the course we'll have given him the opportunity to respond to our aid to Plexia.

Slevokxia regretfully orders all troops to cease fire, Paratroopers already deployed are sent to beachheads which may / may not have been established.

Perhaps Slevokxia could remove its forces from Tanzania and Plexia could release the prisoners, everyone goes home happy and intact.
I'd like to point out that having missiles ready to launch at me on a hair trigger isn't very conducive to peace either. Especially since Slevokxia's position is in no way Cuban Missile CrCIA bad from my direction. Also, if I had really wanted Sinai I would have taken it while you were offline.

The prisoners are being released by boat.  I hope you're happy since you get a new boat.  

Anyway.  All the minefields are being swept and fortifications are being taken down.  DEFCON will remain at one until further notice.

In further news, there is some civil unrest because of the capturing of the prisoners.  The "war" brought protest even though Plexia was being attacked.  
One of the hippie gatherings was taken care of with force, and the rest disbanded.
