The AC begins work/research/whatever on a lunar module and its own rockets capable of traveling to the moon.  The AC has sent satellites into orbit before, but has never taken great interest in lunar travel/exploration/claims, thus much work is yet to be done.

The AC wishes to assure the world that it will not claim more than 1/25 of the Lunar surface.  (I was sort of expecting everybody to vote for themselves on the poll, the results are quite telling of how the AC is viewed). The AC also restates its intentions not to expand any further on Earth unless somehow Sinai were to become available.

Also the AC informs Plexia that it may will involve ground troops in its aid of the Plexian government's crusade against the rebels.  The AC doesn't set a foot on the ground with wars that are not its own that also include WMDs, as the Syria reference implies.
