Results from Pyschological Research Centre Assault.
Tests and Battlefield Results are attached below.

Valkyries performed admirably in circumstances provided.
Withheld intelligence of Rebels assaulting and capturing facility did not affect expected performance.

Parties involved:
1. Rebels
2. Pyschological Patients
3. Valkyries
4. Scientist and Research Material

Valkyries started with default breach and clear scenario, looking for hostile parties, engaging and clearing selected areas.
Rebels were found securing Scientists and Research Material, Orders 2 & 3 were relayed from Valkyrie PL to all Valkyrie Squads.

Orders recorded are as follows.

1. Storm Buliding, find evidence of hostile party. If none found proceed to Obj. 3
2. If Scientists are being held hostage, eliminate hostile party with minimal risk to all hostages and data.
3. Restore Facility to Slevokxian Government Control
4. If re-capture is too risky, detonation of facility and test subjects are required.
5. Any Test Subjects found to be vital to research, capture. Use caution when persauding, experiments are likely to have affected mental stability.
6. In the event of subjects escaping, eliminate all escaped subjects.
7. Should Assault be a failure, call in Airsupport on briefed channel.
8. Should a Valkyrie fall in combat, retrieve tags.
9. In the event of total failure, the site will be bombarded at 180min/3hr mark by SNS Kilov

Valkyries encountered numerous hostile pyschological patients.
Majority neutralized without use of prototype weaponry.

Rebels were found fighting crazier pyschological patients, Valkyries seized initative, neutralized both quietly and proceeded to extract Hostages.
Hostages extracted safely, Valkyrie PL ordered all squads to eliminate hostile forces and return patients to holding cells.
Majority of Hostile forces eliminated, remaining surrendered.
Data and Hostages safely recovered.

I've actually been building that for the last fifteen pages lol, ever since the beginning of Brigham City.  We do agree with your position of peacekeeper, but ideally we would like to keep the cbrown town, which was a substantial finance commitment.
