That's not in the rules at all.  Last I checked, time of posting takes precedence over map edits.  That's how it always has been.

Um no?  Last I checked, that's an opinion.  When starting out this game, we all said "I'll take a little slice of Europe" or something along those lines, and if some richardwad came along and colored all of Europe their nation's color, everyone would tell him that guy #1 got it first.  Now you're telling me that it's different?  Tough luck buddy, but whenever it's said, it's done, whether its on the map or not.  If you want to settle this, I invite you to ask Plethora about it, but as far as time goes, that land is mine.  I can make an exception for Klevinstein because their government had been looking at that area for a while before I stepped in.

Because Erinaum's tactics are to spread industry and agriculture at huge rates.  I trade with the rest of the Triumvirate, and am producing not only enough for Erinaum, but plenty for the others.
