After high command completely failed in their attempts to control the 2 Valkyrie Squads, (part of Psych Profile) orders and field promotions are relayed from the Premier to the SNC Katherizena's Captain (after she protested several times about holding back Valkyries).

Currently, SNC Katherizena's Captain has taken full control of the situation and is appointed a Brigadier / Admiral.
As soon as she is appointed her new rank, orders were transmitted on select Slevokxian Army Channels eliminate/cripple Yaslovakian Artillery bases.

Anyone not in the field is ordered to move to the frontline city (that Decepticon is barraging) to help evacute civilians and bunker down.
The Armored Regiment is withheld from combat until plans are drawn.

Additionally, collateral damage to Belsnian Convoys is punishable by death.

Thankfully, Slevokxia's first Aircraft carrier is approximately %50 complete.

The Grand Council of the AC has undergone some bureaucratic changes and become the Arab High Command, which commands greater executive and legislative power than the Grand Council.  The Arab High Command elects its own members, rather than the Grand Sheikh appointing them for life.

The Arab High Command is currently divided on the issue of whether to sue Atsnia for breach of Contract when it broke retainer with the AC.  The Arab High Command is currently broken up into two distinct groups, the isolationists who want current relationships to stand and old debts to be settled, and the internationalists who favor increased involvement in the world, expanding alliances.  There is a fair balance of power and a good spirit of compromise.

Thus, the Arab High Command, with the blessing of the Grand Sheikh has issued this statement to Atsnia:  You will pay $100,000,000 for breach of contract.  In return, the isolationists sanctioned the Ac's involvement in Belsnia's parade, as well as providing non-lethal aid to Vierte.

Should Atsnia decide not to pay, action will be taken, likely in the form of an embargo or blockade or something.
