Much appreciated.  We will be preparing good hotel rooms for these laborers.  As soon as they arrive, they will go through the entry process and be picked up in busses (courtesy of Erinaum) to be driven to a hotel.  Assistance will be given in English.  The next day, there will be a conference to welcome AM workers and to indicate areas at which they may work.  Some private companies will attend to look for extra labor, but spots are limited.
