It is however, legal to use marijuana for medical use.

The AC maintains a strict no drug policy excluding the importation, growth, production, or selling of betel nut, gat, narcotics, &c. from the AC (You can use the stuff privately, but good luck getting it).  Tobacco and Alcohol are still allowed, though strongly discouraged.  Drug users are executed if they are in any position of authority within the government, or are exiled if they are just ordinary people (users are given a one year window to pull their act together before the punishment is enacted, those who have stopped or show that they are making good progress are spared).  Medicinal uses are still allowed with informed consent and prescribed by capable doctors.

The AC would also like to establish permanent embassies for all nations within the AC provided each accepting nation will allow and AC embassy in their nation as well.
