@ the first bit:  I'd appreciate it if you could be civil here.  I don't want to add a rule saying that you can't act like that.  I really shouldn't have to.
@ the second:  There's a no nuke rule.  The poll is just to test popular opinion, nukes may or may not be allowed depending on whether it ever becomes an issue and how strongly people are in favor of them (I'm guessing not very since everyone joined a no nukes rp).

I was under the impression that we had a sort of gentleman's agreement type thing going where we just don't expand.  I mean, blazer said no more expansion for us, but that kind of went out the window when he bailed.  If I said it anywhere, please quote me and I'll scratch my claim.

Either way, just don't go too crazy with the expansion.  I don't plan to; as I said, I'm just claiming that speck.  If you were to claim what's left of Europe it'd be no big deal, but as far as us two having anything in the Americas, I'd say that'd be going too far.  Just keep it to Europe.

Also, I did instill a 750k pixel limit on nation size so that nobody winds up owning the whole world.
