Said assets were liberated from rebels (who took them by force from the government) or brought as gifts by refugees during the times of chaos.  Nothing was taken by the Art Team from areas that were under Conservatian control after the land officially changed hands.  Considering that the AC has aided in the salvation of countless works of art and Erinamese cultural heritage, as well as volumes of public records, and will be returning these items, and took in quite a few refugees and placed them in the best conditions any refugee has the right to ask for, it deserves some compensation, and the AC has chosen to take this compensation in the form of some assets from the old regime.  Belsnia took some land, I took some crates.

The AC sends over any cataloged Erinamese artwork/records that may pertain to this memorial over to whatever person/committee is in charge of it.  Other cataloged items are sent to their respective cities of origin in Belsnia and Conservatia.

I'm in the Tbisili Pact, which means (most likely) 2 major superpowers agree with me, conservatia is an ally, and UoU doesn't care as long as I don't hurt them.
