the evidence johnny provided (the image) showed us two things

1. Creative's approaching to trying to resolve the situation was to be "clever" about it, which wasn't very smart but was mostly disregarded in the thread.
2. Johnny swore, whether he typed in a swear word out straight or actually hit the asterisk key a few times is a mystery, but what you're assuming is that it breaks the "do not offend people" rule. that's debatable; most of the time people who are offended by cursing have their chat censored, and whether johnny typed the actual word or not, it still came out as asterisks, so either everyone saw it censored, or most people saw it censored.

i'm not really supporting johnny here either in the long run though, he absolutely broke the "no badmin" rule, teleporting in a minigame where teleporting is not intended to be used is abuse of admin.

When I picked him up (Throwmod) he teleported out of the map (with me) and slapped me until I died.

He said I was handicapped ( I honestly don't care, just putting this here. )

Muted me for 666 seconds, twice (Doesn't offend me but it might offend somebody)

He also muted me for 30 seconds about 3 times, I don't care.

His only excuse was "It's my server" which is not a valid excuse for him to do these things...
