How does Blockland like their steak?

On the subject of sauces: Unacceptable. Sauce is for the weak.

I find that it improves the quality of dull meat. Sounds like you are afraid of spice. I also specialize in dry rub.

Dry rub =/= Sauce. There's no reason to ever use A1 or Worcestershire sauce unless you're eating really low quality beef.

Dry rub is totally acceptable in my book. A little sea salt + rosemary = yes.

Baby back ribs need dry rub. It's just obligatory. They suck so bad without it that it's not even worth calling them baby back ribs unless they are marinaded.

An opinion can't be wrong but it can be shortsighted and uneducated.

Example: Not liking medium rare because it's undercooked. That's an opinion, but it's uneducated.
