I like my steaks to be of the salisbury kind and covered in gravy

the only reason ANY meat on earth needs to be cooked is to kill bacteria.
which can be done without actually cooking the meat. just need to reach a certain temp for barely enough time.
or maybe 2 min under ultraviolet light, or 2 min in a microwave lol.

technically raw meat is way healthier then cooked lol

I like my steak medium rare

and I like my fish/seafood raw, because the only seafood I pretty much eat is sushi


you guys ever had sashimi? it's basically raw fish (or meat) cut into thin slices. Salmon sashimi is DELICIOUS.



Rare to medium rare ribeye, cooked with a little sea salt on it, rubbed in some olive oil before it's cooked, that's been resting for about 5 minutes with some course ground pepper on it. Delicious.


i like them all except blue rare and well done.

medium or medium well for like beef steaks
medium rare for fish steaks
