yeah its not blood lol. without that juice, it dosnt even taste like..... well steak lol.
like wtf is the point in eating it if you are going to cook the stuff out of it. might as well have it chopped up in a taco or pasta.

if you order a straight up steak, you do NOT get it well done lol. what kind of friend wastes the chefs time like that.

I used to always get medium-well because I didn't like the thought of eating blood (but i didn't like the thought of eating a boot either), but after doing a little research I actually found out that it wasn't blood. + after trying a medium-rare

It's certainly an acquired taste, not everyone likes it.

But hell, it's certainly one of the finer things in life.

Blue rare looks as though you would die as soon as you take a bite.

I've never even heard of Blue Rare. Looks basically raw.

Medium Rare is the route I always go. And I've never gotten E. Coli!

I prefer Medium Well
