What's Mura?

A forum user named "Mura" posted a topic titled "sOMe cool pIcTures i found online" or something along the lines, and sent us on a 100-page wild-goose chase, trying to solve a mystery involving a little girl and the Chernobyl incident.

It was weird; it seemed as though she was some sort of automated response machine, accepting specific codes and giving random output, from creepy videos to different kinds of codes (morse, binary, etc.).

For the record, ARG stands for "Alternate Reality Game", which is basically just a fictional, cryptic sort of collaborative conspiracy.

i want to make one but i'm not creative/smart enough, also i'd be scared of getting banned since one time i posted a code thingy and got banned for it
