I'm going to, though ill pick up other games that interest me as they come out. I've wanted one, but there weren't any games I wanted for it.
I did the same thing with the 3ds

If you added to the install base of the Wii U, 3rd party developers would be more comfortable making games for it. The reason why the console "Has no games" is because 3rd party developers tested the ice with horrible versions of games that were released on other platforms a year ago. When developers say "This and this can't run on the Wii U" they are lying. The reason why they don't develop for it is because the amount of owners the console has is concerning for those developers.
