Yeah, if people don't know by now that I don't allow the use of weapons when I'm not hosting a server-wide DM, they'll learn when they get the ban. I almost never kick.
Just use a tiny amount of common sense:
I feel like I'm being really flexible by allowing players to sit in on my development / testing server(s). During the time I'm hosting in these types of servers, I need to be able to concentrate, and my ability to do that is greatly hindered by miniguns blasting off in my face. I don't care if you've made you're own minigame, I don't care if you're not using the weapons. Weapon usage, weapon possession, weapon spawning...they all get the ban. End of story.
