@blockzilla: I concede that you may have a bit of a point there. Idiots on these forums get banned, and some are a little bit more easily offended.
One thing I have observed is that the most easily-offended and hypocritical bronies are often autistic to some degree. The study did not ask about disabilities, but I think it would be an interesting correlation to investigate. My best guess at the moment is that it's the social aspect (autistic people have a rough time making friends) and the innocence of the show itself (disregarding r34)

Also, if I picked a fight with Meat, apologies. It appeared to be an attempt to provoke, but perhaps I myself have misjudged how much notice he has taken of pony discussions outside the thread.

And now with the 4chan rumor/truth the fandom is even of a bigger joke in my eyes, sure there may be legitimate fans, but they are in very very few numbers and shouldn't be part of the joke fandom that is bronies.

bisjac isn't 4chan. Cybersix also confirms it. And I said rumor/truth because I don't know if it's true or not because I don't roam 4chan. I assumed that the entire fandom was a joke from before, due to the stuff happening with it. Like I've said before the hypocrisy and them announcing themselves on the internet and then they get hated, it builds up all over the internet and here we are today. What bisjac said just made my opinion on the fandom a bit more than it was before, because I had a similar opinion. And anyway most internet jokes/memes and stuff start on 4chan and they end up on other sites/all over the internet afterwards. I can see the fandom being a joke at first but taken a bit too serious, it makes sense logically.
