just cause 2
MAYBE TALES OF VESPERIA IF YOU GET A GOOD DEAL
gta iv
red dead redemption
oblivion
rage(?)
burnout paradise
the darkness 1 (darkness 2 is really short and expensive)
skate 3
red faction guerilla
dragons dogma(if you dont mind having to walk everywhere on a gta sized map)
far cry 3
batman: arkham city
dead island(its good if you can tolerate glitches)

I own:

All GTA games (except GTA 1, 2, and stuffty spinoffs)
Far Cry 3
Top Spin 4 (I know)

I have owned and returned:
Red Dead Redemption
Fallout

I might try again:
RDR
Fallout

I would consider highly:
Dead Island
Just Cause 2

Does Just Cause 2 have a huge city & tons of cars?

but is there a huge city in it? far cry 3 is too small and unpaved for me.

Yeah, it's not liberty city big, but it's a decent size and has quite a bit in it.

what'chu talkin' 'bout muslim. Tales of Vesperia is the second best game on the Xbox 360.

I don't like those types of games like vesperia.

after thinking about it for a while (2 seconds) I've decided that Just Cause 2 is the perfect game for you. It's got stuff to blow up.

This is the 'big city' portion of Just Cause 2. It is so much fun fighting the army at those places.

it also has a nice little secret on the island on the top left of the map
