All you have to do is change the v20 in that link to whatever version you want, (v2, etc) and it should work if it is valid.

On top of that the installer would have installed the latest Blockland version anyways. The "old" installers have been available on the server for years but regardless of their name they always installed the latest version.

Actually it's sooo old it just doesn't auto update any more.

It doesn't actually auto-update, but it will download the patch and close itself.
