You should include the permaban part in the title as well. (Maybe too late) Since permaban is a much worse penalty than a de-admin.

Blockoblocko is not very smart to even begin working with this person in the first place. You can usually tell how mature someone is on this game by spending an hour or two with them. If it were me i would have left the "group" before any of this happened. And that ban message just prooves my point

Making someone an administrator shouldn't be a "reward". You administrate users if they are trustworthy and you can trust them to intelligently manage your server.

I have a lot of friends and great builders that have helped me out but only a small portion of them would ever become an administrator.

The position of admin isn't a loving gold star you give out to people for being good. It's a job. You give people who you think make good admins the position, not those that helped you.
