You guys can't even have an opinion of it, you haven't even used any of the features it added.  Publish something on Steam, then come back.

I think negative performance effects give them a right to criticize it.

Your post implied that nothing can be said about it unless the person had developed a game using it. Stop changing your arguments.

Steampipe forgeted up Garry's Mod for me.

steampipe broke my loving games and made them lagspike to hell

team fortress 2 is unplayable now, and some of my other source games lag a ton too at times

The reinstalling didn't help me much. Im just waiting out for a new update.
