if you arent handicapped you can have both.

booze does not cause people to lose jobs, get hurt, die from poisoning, nor be raped.
people who are prone to allowing such things to happen to themselves, just happen to be to handicapped to watch their booze intake.

Why take the risk, to be honest?

I know a girl who used to go to my school who got drunk at a party and got into a car with a drunk driver. They got into a car accident and now shes paralyzed from the waist down. She had huge scholarships to colleges for pole vaulting.

Plus it could really hurt my chances at getting into the military or law enforcement if anything slipped.

well i need quite a bit more then most people. im not a shrimp, nor drink often.

(drinking more throughout your life allow you to get drunk with less booze, as your kidneys and liver age or just cant handle as much. no you dont become more immune to alcohol as people tend to believe lol)

but 1 shot =/= 1 beer. beer has almost no alcohol at all.
if its your standard 70% vodka, a shot could equal maybe 2 normal cans of beer. or maybe bottles. 12-16 ounces isnt much a difference.

I remember my first time it was only 6 beers and some pot to get wasted as forget, but at that time i was also really low BMI, under 100 pounds, which i hear makes it easier for you to get wasted.

Well, it depends. Some people have a family predisposition to alcoholism. In which case, yeah, trying it might 'kill you'.
