Martin Luther King Jr. wasn't successful because he was a social worker for african american rights, he was successful because he wanted equality among all.  He didn't say he wanted blacks to be treated as whites, he said he wanted all people to be treated as people.  That's why feminism will never succeed.

Maybe the problem is you.  Because she has never said that women should be treated better than men.  Maybe you should actually watch the damn thing without dismissing it the first second because the scary gross women are invading your gaming treehouse.  Also this is an brown townysis.  She never actually said that this is specifically bad, just that the trope exists in many forms in the medium and in many games.  Point is, the trope may have run its course.

I think that the double standards in society specifically aimed against men and stuff are a more prevalent issue than a goddamn archetype that's been around for centuries.

Feminists who want to have equal rights and representation are okay, feminists who want every single important government/business/everything else position to be filled by a woman instead of a man piss me off.

in the United States at least, as a father you're completely forgeted, no paternity leave, have fun not raising your child

My point is, if people campaign for gender equality, it should mean that both genders should be equal in pretty much every manner possible. It shouldn't be to gain their particular gender more rights and power held over the other. It's like those backwards-ass stupid "affirmative action plans" that try to stop employers and colleges from discriminating against applicants/employees by forcing them to discriminate in the favor of said group.

Equality should mean I get an apple, you get an apple, we both have one apple. Not "I am a man, I get one apple, you are a woman and get two because of how you've been treated in society in the past," or vice versa. Equality means equal, not "biased in favor of a group that at one point was treated in an arguably unfair manner.
