It's also happening to me.
I am essentially barred - banned from the RTB service but it cannot connect at all so it's pretty much un-accessible.

This is because of master server outages which are because of DDoS attacks.

Can't you trace who's DDOSing you espicially since the master server is running linux? I think there's a command in the terminal that shows what IPs are sending data, now there will be hundreds without Badspot shutting down Blockland and other stuff etc.

(Of course the guy could be under a proxy server but maybe they aren't)
