Since when did these lag spikes happen?

Ever since the first time getting on the server.

How frequently do they occur?

Very frequent, every 2 minutes bursts of 17 lag spikes happen.

About how long is each lag spike?

1 second each.

Premium is basically the same as free, but you can use more options on the server panel.

Looking at performance monitor logs, there is no abnormal CPU, RAM, or disk usage.
I think the hosting provider has been upgrading a network switch since they said so on their web site.
The maximum CPU usage was 16% yesterday. The average was 7%.

- Can I use ANY FTP client? Because I prefer TotalCommander for that, as its interface is more convenient for me than FileZilla's (tried many FTP client before and after TC, but only TC's FTP client is good for me)?
- How long are you in business? I don't want to join your service only to discover next day/week/month that you shut down.
- What is uptime of your servers?

2. We have been in business for about 1 month.
3. The uptime of the main VPS has been about 99.6%.
