I've been on a laptop that sputters with an intel r hd integrated graphics crapbucket for my entire pc gaming experience.

Suggest me games that will run on an Nvidia GTX 650. (most everything on medium detail?)

I wouldn't say the only reason I suggested it is because I'm a fanboy, but I do see where you're coming from. Though I do have the same GPU as the OP, I won't be able to test it for another week.
