this is why I have a RTB server (which it doesn't happen on because I have no renderman addons on it)

I'm not? I don't have any renderman addons uploaded to my RTB server. I have some in my addon-ons folder for my own server but none are enabled.

If you've started a Blockland server with the mods enabled, then stopped the server and disabled them, they will still spawn. You must reset BL.

If you don't want them to bug you, just move them out of your Addons Folder. It loads all the files in the console on startup.
