I have two.

Multitask (Engineer Melee) If you hit any building, all your buildings will upgrade/repair/replenish ammo (for sentries) at the same time. Ex: If you hit a level 3 dispenser that has low health, your level 1 sentry with low ammo will be replenished, and your level 2 teleporters will upgrade, while your dispenser is repaired, all at the same time.

Krankheit (Medic Medigun) If functions like the Kritzkrieg when healing but has a new function of infecting enemies, just like TFC. Only a medic on the enemy team can heal any infected players. Krankheit means Disease in German. If you are infected, a green toxic symbol will appear above your health cross and the corners of your screen will have a green hue.

Multitask: allows you to be wherever you want, and not worry about sentry, or any buildings for that matter, health or ammo or anything. With no downsides at all. Could sit back at spawn and manage.

When I said building, I meant anything you have built as Engineer, like Sentry, Dispenser, or/and Teleporter.

he's saying you can stay at spawn hitting a teleporter and you practically won't have to go into battle

multitask could work if there's a rather limited range to it but

krankheit: straight upgrade; enforces battlemedics which are completely useless to teams

A knife that lets you lunge at people for a back stab from further away than normal. Too make it a bit more fair it could reduce cloak or have a cooldown?

What about both? Have a quarter of cloak reduced and a 10 second cooldown?

Downside:
ammo is your crates
small chance of the crate breaking and the enemy gets the item
