the sound bar in my room is set to 'LINE IN', so its supposed to be silent, because nothing is plugged in. But its not, it's extremely quietly playing "Renegade" by Styx.

there must be some message entailed in this, I hat to put my ear up to it for like 20 seconds to figure out what was making the noise.

This is a normal thing though. Radio can sometimes play through amplifiers/speakers.

The weird thing is, your body is able to make things like speakers give off radio frequency, I once took a plugged into the wall set of speakers while i was re-positioning them, and they just so happens to play a radio station whenever I put my hand over the audio output. stuff is weird, but nothing crazy like what you're saying.
