Solution - Bail out system. Being able to escape. Labor works it off.

Yeah, breaking out of jail should be possible but not easy.

You should make it so what ever the players do, affects the environment. Such as chopping down more trees could cause globing warming, and factories and chemical plants can also cause land, air and water pollution. Also do you plan on adding natural disasters?

Also, I need to make a decision on the GUI-Style before I can do anything.
