Lego Island, hands down. It was amazing, and aside from the controls and glitches it's still amazing today.
The soundtrack is amazing; this is enough to make anybody with a childhood feel instant nostalgia

Rock Raiders is an RTS game. Was never an RTS type so I have yet to give it a try. In the long run, LEGO Island easily is my favorite classic game.
