New hack discovered - Gigahappytown (Lolgonewrong) accused of using it.

Today I was hosting an average Mafia Madness server. Everything was going fine until a Blockhead in the 40k's somehow managed to join with auto-admin. He spammed my server, banning every single BL_ID he could with "hi". In fact he banned them at such a fast rate I crashed.

(The banlist is so long because those are all BL_ID's he banned)

We all went into panic, and then I got a message from Cecil.

Gigahappytown is Lolgonewrong.
Gigahappytown was accused of RDM'ing someone. The real cop was dead because I shot him. He INV'd people as the paranoid cop and then killed them. I kicked him and then started the game. A couple rounds later, this happened.
What the heck is going on?
