All of you are jumping on the bandwagon just because it's 'cool to hate cod' now. Take a good loving look, do you realise that they actually tried to change it this time? I mean, to be honest, forget graphics. I don't care about them, Call of Duty might be trying to keep the same style possibly, I don't know. I don't care either way. But look, they've done a lot to this game, and changed a lot. "how fast you die" or "noobtubes" aren't valid reasons to hate the game as every other game has them too.
Call of Duty was a great game, and the studios that make them listen to there fan's pretty well and they give them what they want.
What I am trying to say is, is that AAA games have given people unrealistically high expectations. Like they aren't willing to give a game a chance if it's old and has dated graphics. I'm talking about the people who would say "Legend of Zelda sucks, Call of Duty is better than this stuff".
Demand is too high for certain genre that all the other's are dying out. I like shooters like planetside, battlefield, dues ex, arma, and red orchestra, but I don't want to see everything else die out so that all that is left is shooters that are all the same. It seems like creativity dead, and people would rather rely on the same formula to make money, rather than take risks. It's not so much the games fault, rather the consumers and investors.
