I can't seem to change my avatar

I've been trying to change my avatar to something else but whenever I select the file and click change profile all it does is refresh the page.

Anyone have idea why i cant change it?

I had the same problem and someone fixed it for me.
I recommend resizing the image to something lower than 75x75.

assuming you are using chrome
chrome://settings
Go down to "Advanced settings" and click "Clear browsing Data:

select "Empty the cache" and set to "The past day"

When you supposedly "change your avatar", wait for one minute after doing so then refresh the page.
