i think the only time it becomes a problem is if the user claims it as his own. i mean its pretty annoying if he just takes it and uses it even if you asked him not too, but as long as he gives you the credit no big deal.

If you don't want people to save your build, then make your server private.

If he claimed it as his own, it would be a different matter, but there was once a time when people would build things in freebuilds HOPING someone would deem it save worthy.

I just thought of the build kind of unique to me, I didn't want anyone else using it for their own purposes cause I'm going to be making a RPG out of it and it'll be awkward if we have the same build for it.

The main point is why I am mad is because he comes into my server, takes my build, and declares he's going to host with it for a "Fallout map" (Probably not going to finish but even hosting with it and making a new game out of it is offensive) So, when people join my server and join his and we have the same build, I'll have to explain what happened, along with he lied to me when I asked him to delete the save if he was going to be hosting with it and said "It's a client-sided mod" apparently he has a client-sided mod that allows him to delete saves from his Blockland folder instantly??? No, anyway, that's bull stuff because that'd be the most useless client-sided mod ever.
