This isn't about him taking it at this point, it's the fact of what he does with it, if he just wants to take it to roam around and admire it, I'd feel good about it. If he hosts with it and makes a new server with that map, like he said he would in "Making a Fallout map", now this is just implying that'd he'd host with it, but why would you make a Fallout map just to have it? Plus if he's doing it to display in gallery that's also stolen.

I would take it and host it as my own, and not even give credit. What would you do? Cry about that I took a free map? You don't own copyright claims on the map.

So? Anyone can take your map if they feel like it, there's nothing you can do about it.

Also they can take your map if they like it or plan to use it. It's not like you're running a business here and he'll decay your revenue or something.

What makes you think we care if he takes our build and uses it? What if we encourage them to take our builds because it's good?

If you really care so much about it, add your name in some events or brick name in a hidden spot and there you go. Your "legacy" will live on.

Of course he owns it" and you taught me that maps are free for anyone to take and you don't have to give credit and that even Badspot thinks it's stupid, and how anyone should be able to host with it.
