Environment: Fog Elevation and Thickness

As of now we have a fog options that brings forward or push back the fog distance. What I am suggesting is fog elevation and thickness settings.

-Elevation would give the player the option to push down, or raise up the fog. With the fog pushed down, climbing up in elevation would reduce fog thickness as if you were coming out above of a blanket of fog. Having it up would create a level of fog above the ground.

-Thickness would control the range of which the fog is thickest. Elevation wise, you could make the fog be as thick upwards as you'd like, or as thin as perhaps an 8x8 cube.

Somehow I don't think the fog we have now can work this way, but I just want to put the idea out there.
More environmental options are always a plus.
